Throughout Libby's ten years on the U.S. Ski Team she was known as a true technician. Libby's sound technique helped her to excel in ski racing when conditions were the most demanding. Leaving the icy race courses behind her, Libby's skiing adventures now take her mostly into the trees and touring in the backcountry. Since moving on from the National Team, Libby remains actively involved in the sport and the industry. In 2010 Libby worked as a reporter and analyst for NBC News and KING 5 News covering the alpine skiing events at the Vancouver Olympics. When her schedule allows, Libby guest coaches for Crystal Mountain Alpine Club and offers private instruction. Libby is also an ambassador for her home ski area Crystal Mountain.

Libby has been known to transform her client's skiing in as little as two hours. Libby has a gift at breaking down challenging elements of ski technique and creating customized drill progressions to help her clients break bad habits. Clients can expect to make quick and memorable improvements in their skiing in just one lesson. Libby is available for private lessons or guided ski trips.
